Abstract: У статті досліджено досвід організації освітнього процесу в закладах дошкільної освіти України та зарубіжних країн, розкрито сучасні технології та методи навчання і виховання дошкільників у зарубіжних країнах, обґрунтовано, що досвід кращих зарубіжних дошкільних закладів засвідчує, що забезпечити ефективну підготовку дошкільників можна шляхом залучення їх до навчального процесу з п’ятирічного віку, формування у них національно-патріотичних почуттів, екологічної свідомості, мовної та правої культури, високої моральності та поваги до людини праці. / The article substantiates that at the current stage of Ukraine’s development and integration into European institutions, as well as the globalization of socio-economic relations between countries, the national education system faces the task of training highly qualified specialists for the national economy who will work in the future. It is revealed that this task can be achieved by involving children in the educational process from the age of five, forming national and patriotic feelings, ecological consciousness, language and legal culture, high morality and respect for the working man. It is substantiated that future teachers while studying in higher education institutions must learn the latest methods, forms and means of organizing the educational process in preschool institutions based on the concept of child-centeredness.

Є.; Borova, V. Y. Abstract: У статті досліджено теоретичні засади педагогічної діагностики звукової культури мовлення дітей старшого дошкільного віку. Проаналізовано розвиток мовлення дитини п’яти років з точки зору формування її як мовленнєвої особистості. Визначено, що педагогічна діагностика недоліків звукової культури мовлення буде ефективною за умови реалізації в процесі провідної діяльності дітей окресленого віку – гри. Виокремлено показники розвитку артикуляції звуків, мовленнєвого дихання і фонематичного слуху в дітей 4 років 5 міс – 5 років. Запропоновано методичні поради вихователям закладів дошкільної освіти з ефективної педагогічної діагностики компонентів звукової культури мовлення. / The theoretical bases of pedagogical diagnostics of sound culture of speech of children of senior preschool age investigated in the article. The speech development of a five-year-old child analyzed from the point of view of its formation as a speech personality. It is determined that the pedagogical diagnosis of the shortcomings of the sound culture of speech will be effective if implemented in the process of leading activities of children of a certain age - games. Indicators of development of articulation of sounds, speech breathing, and phonemic hearing at children of 4 years 5 months - 5 years are allocated. Methodical advice to educators of preschool educational institutions on effective pedagogical diagnostics of components of sound culture of speech is offered.

F. Abstract: У статті досліджено роль учителя у виявленні обдарованих школярів, проаналізовано особливості підготовки учителів до роботи з обдарованими дітьми у Великій Британії. Окреслено поетапність співпраці координаторів з питань освіти обдарованих і талановитих дітей із учителями, батьками, однолітками потенційно обдарованих і талановитих учнів. Визначено, що реалізація підходу класного забезпечення освітніх потреб обдарованих і талановитих учнів здійснюється через професійну підготовку вчителів, що є ініціативою окремих організацій, відповідальних за навчання педагогів, а також за впровадження стандартів якості викладання та навчання у країні. / The requirements of the Department of Education and Training on identification of gifted and talented schoolchildren have been found out: absence of prescriptive manner to identification methods (due to possible age differences and aspects of subjects) and providing schools with the possibility to define criteria of gifted and talented schoolchildren; mandatory introduction of the school register of gifted and talented schoolchildren, that informs about a socio-economic level of a family in which a child is brought up, his gender and ethnicity; giving schools the right to determine the number of gifted and talented schoolchildren considering increase of education standards for such pupils; creating numerous online resources that provide complete information from school registers about effective training provision for gifted and talented schoolchildren and especially their identification, as well as the educational policy in this field.
