В.; Meshchyshyn, B. V. Abstract: Кваліфікаційна робота містить обґрунтування теоретичних положень основних функцій управління - планування, організації, мотивації та контролю. Особливо детально розкриті перші 2 функції - планування та організація, адже робота присвячена відкриттю власного підприємства. Під час опрацювання теоретичних джерел проведено аналіз розвитку хлібопекарської промисловості в умовах трансформації економіки України. В комплексі одержані результати визначають напрямки розвитку та забезпечення економічної ефективності діяльності хлібопекарських підприємств. В роботі представлено практичні рекомендації щодо відкриття власного торгівельного підприємства з урахуванням специфіки продажу хлібобулочних виробів, визначено основні планові показники роботи торгового місця та термін окупності проекту. Також проведена оцінка ризиків у діяльності торгового місця та представлено заходи щодо їх усунення чи мінімізації. // The qualification work contains the justification of the theoretical provisions of the main functions of management - planning, organization, motivation and control. The first 2 functions - planning and organization - are especially detailed, because the work is devoted to opening one's own enterprise. During the development of theoretical sources, an analysis of the development of the bakery industry in the conditions of the transformation of the economy of Ukraine was carried out. In the complex, the obtained results determine the directions of development and ensuring the economic efficiency of bakery enterprises. The work presents practical recommendations for opening one's own trading enterprise, taking into account the specifics of the sale of bakery products, the main planned indicators of the trading place and the payback period of the project are defined. An assessment of risks in the activity of the trading place was also carried out and measures to eliminate or minimize them were presented.

The main indicators that play an important role in planning activities - income and expenses - are considered. To substantiate the importance of the role of business planning, the author analyzes the state of the Ukrainian insurance market.
