Abstract: У докторській дисертації з’ясовано логіко-філософське і лінгвістичне трактування понять «ознака», «ознакове слово», що вможливило виокремити частиномовні класи ознакових слів. Розмежовано предметні і ознакові слова за лексичною семантикою, системою граматичних категорій, морфологічною парадигмою, синтаксичними функціями, а також за словотвірною структурою та морфемною будовою. На широкому фактичному матеріалі української літературної мови проаналізовано всі класи ознакових слів – дієслова, прикметники, числівники, прислівники, що протиставлені єдиному класу на позначення предметів (речей) – лексико-граматичному класу іменників. Обґрунтовано поділ ознакових слів на виразників динамічної та виразників статичної ознаки.// In the doctoral dissertation the logic-philosophical and linguistic interpretation of the concepts «attribute», «attribute word» was clarified, and that allowed to separate the linguistic part of speech classes of attribute words. The presentive and attribute words were distinguished by lexical semantics, system of grammatical categories, morphological paradigm, syntactic functions, as well as by word-building structure and morphemic structure. On the wide factual material of the Standard Ukrainian Language, all classes of attribute words – verbs, adjectives, numerals, adverbs, which are opposed to a single class in the designation of objects (things) – the lexical-grammatical class of nouns, were analyzed. The division of attribute words into dynamic expressions and expressions of a static attribute was substantiated.
