ЕТІОЛОГІЯ ВРОДЖЕНИХ ВАД ОПОРНО-РУХОВОГО АПАРАТУ У ДІТЕЙ

Abstract

У статті розкрито причини виникнення та теорії походження вроджених вад опорно-рухового апарату дітей. Виділено етіологічні чинники, що зумовлюють їх виникнення і сприяють порушенням опорно-рухового апарату: екзогенні, ендогенні, генетично зумовлені чинники, а також незадовільний рівень інформованості батьків про походження та умови виникнення поширених відхилень у стані здоров’я дітей, їх клінічні ознаки, заходи подолання. Обґрунтовано, що знання причин виникнення вад та їх своєчасна профілактика зможуть запобігти виникненню вроджених вад опорно-рухового апарату, прогресуванню порушень і деформацій що, в подальшому допоможе запобігти інвалідності. // The article considers causes and theories of congenital defects of the children’s locomotor apparatus occurrence. In accordance with the researches of numerous authors (as well as according to our own research), it is possible to identify etiological factors that cause their occurrence and promote disorders of the musculoskeletal system: exogenous factors, endogenous factors, genetically determined factors, insufficient level of parents' awareness of origin and conditions of common abnormalities in the health state of children, their clinical signs and possible countermeasures. Awareness of the defects’ causes, timely prophylaxis and rehabilitation can prevent occurrence of the locomotor apparatus’s congenital malformations, precluding progression of disorders and deformities and thereby preventing further disability.
