ГЛИБИННЕ ФІЛОСОФСЬКЕ ОСМИСЛЕННЯ ПРАВОВИХ ЯВИЩ ЯК ОДИН ЗІ ШЛЯХІВ РОЗВИТКУ ЮРИДИЧНОЇ НАУКИ

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання людини і суспільства, держави та її управління у філософсько-історичному дискурсі. Виокремлено співвідношення права і справедливості, права і закону, права і примусу (сили). Доведено, що роль і цінність філософії права полягає в тому, що вона показує відносини між законом і правовими феноменами, які розкривають зміст закону, сприяє розвиткові етичних поглядів юристів, їхньої загальної правової світоглядної та методологічної культури. / The article considers the issues of man and society, the state, and its management in the philosophical and historical discourse. The relationship between law and justice, law and law, law and coercion (force) are highlighted in the article. It is proved that the role and value of the philosophy of law is that it shows the relationship between law and legal phenomena that reveal the meaning of the law, promotes the development of ethical views of lawyers, their general legal worldview, and methodological culture.
