ПОРЯДОК ЗАСВІДЧЕННЯ ІНОЗЕМНИХ ДОКУМЕНТІВ ПРО ОСВІТУ

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано порядок засвідчення іноземних документів про освіту в Україні. Зауважено, що під час оформлення документів, які призначаються для дій за кордоном, зацікавлена особа повинна надати свої документи у відділ нотаріату Міністерства юстиції чи уповноважений на це орган держави для підтвердження вірогідності підпису нотаріуса, який засвідчував ці документи, а потім - в Міністерство іноземних справ для подальшої консульської легалізації. / The article analyzes the procedure for certification of foreign documents on education in Ukraine. It is noted that when drawing up documents intended for actions abroad, the interested person must submit his documents to the notary department of the Ministry of Justice or an authorized state body to confirm the authenticity of the signature of the notary who certified these documents and then to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further consular legalization.
