ТРЕТЕЙСЬКІ СУДИ УКРАЇНИ: ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність поняття " третейські суди". Зазначено, що третейські суди належать до громадських органів з неюрисдикційною формою захисту, яка передбачає захист порушеного права безпосередньо самим правовласником або за його волею, іншим громадянином чи недержавним органом. Розглянуто позитивні і негативні риси третейських судів. / The article analyzes the procedure for certification of foreign documents on education in Ukraine. It is noted that when drawing up documents intended for actions abroad, the interested person must submit his documents to the notary department of the Ministry of Justice or an authorized state body to confirm the authenticity of the signature of the notary who certified these documents and then to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further consular legalization.
