ОПТИМАЛЬНЕ КОДУВАННЯ ТА ДЕКОДУВАННЯ ЧИСЛОВОЇ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ

Abstract

В статті використано новий підхід до комп’ютерного кодування та декодування періодичних та неперіодичних процесів. Визначено важливе значення тригонометричного базису, базисів класичних ортогональних поліномів та неокласичного базису із квазі-спектральних поліномів. Для розв’язування задач запропоновано застосовати нелінійні методи, які знаходять особливі точки. Побудовано та проаналізовано алгоритми оптимального кодування та декодування числової інформації. // A new approach to computer encoding and decoding of periodic and non-periodic processes is applied in the article. The method is based on application of the Fourier series expansion of functions of one-variable and orthogonal systems of basic functions. The trigonometric basis and basis of classical orthogonal polynomials, and a neoclassical basis with quasi spectral polynomials is very important. One of the important problems is to encode the signals that convey digital coloured image. In general, this problem is very expensive and requires large amounts of computer memory. For its solution it is proposed to use nonlinear techniques that find the specific point. The algorithms of optimum encoding and decoding numeric information are constructed and analysed.
