ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ СВОБОДИ СЛОВА В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

У статті досліджено поняття свободи слова в Україні, його історія, заснування, головні проблеми, з якими стикаються журналісти та суспільство при вираженні думок. Проаналызовано захист вираження авторських думок та використання інформації владою. Дано рекомендації для покращення становища свободи слова в українській державі. // The article studies the concept and definition of the right to free speech in Ukraine, its history, the main problems faced by journalists and society in terms of ideas. The protection of expressing the opinion and the use of information by authorities is analyzed. The article highlights some ideas for improving the situation of the right to free speech in our country.
