ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРАВОВОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract

У статті розкрито поняття «компетенція», «компетентність», «професійна компетентність», «правова компетентність». Розглянуто різні точки зору на проблему професійної компетентності. Визначено сукупність фахових компетенцій майбутнього вихователя дошкільного навчального закладу. Обґрунтовано, що найбільш ефективними формами організації навчально-виховного процесу є використання дискусій, проблемних ситуацій, дидактичних та ділових ігор, методу проектів. // The notion of «competence», «expert knowledge», «professional competence», «legal competence» are revealed in the article. Different points of view on the problem of professional competence are considered. The set of professional competences of the preschool future teacher is determined. The authors grounded that the most effective forms of the educational process organization is the use of discussions, problem situations, didactic and business games, project method.
