ПОЛІКУЛЬТУРНА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ З ТУРИЗМУ: ЗМІСТ ТА СТРУКТУРА

Abstract

У статті на основі теоретичного аналізу досліджуваної проблеми обґрунтовано структуру полікультурної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з туризму. Узагальнено погляди наукових діячів щодо структури полікультурної компетентності студентів та визначено, що в структурі полікультурної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з туризму необхідно виокремити мотиваційно-аксіологічний, когнітивний, діяльнісний, соціо-культурологічний та особистісно-рефлексійний компоненти. Проаналізовано зазначені компоненти полікультурної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з туризму. // In article the structure of the multicultural competence of future specialists in tourism is substantiated on the basis of theoretical analysis of the investigated problem. Summarizing the views of scientists on the structure of students’ multicultural competence, the author concludes that in the structure of multicultural competence of future specialists in tourism we should distinguish the following components: motivational and axiological, cognitive, activity component, socio-cultural and personally-reflective component. Each of the components of multicultural competence of future specialists in tourism is analyzed.
