| Abstract: | В статті досліджено ефективність та якість навчання в контексті глобальних змін в тенденціях навчання, роль нових продуктів та послуг в сфері освіти, що генерують нові робочі місця. Розкрито нову філософію фінансування наукових досліджень в Європейському Союзі та можливість співпраці між гуманітарними, суспільними й технічними науками. // In the article the effectiveness and quality of education in the context of global change in trends in education, the role of new products and services in education, that generate new jobs are studied. A new philosophy of research funding in the European Union and the possibility of cooperation between the humanitarian, social and technical sciences are disclosed. |
