УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ У КОНТЕКСТІ СУЧАСНИХ ОСВІТНІХ ПАРАДИГМ

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз ключових парадигмальних позицій розвитку освіти з метою удосконалення професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти. Доведено, що майбутні вихователі дошкільних навчальних закладів повинні реалізовувати соціально-виховну та ціннісно-орієнтаційну функції педагогічної діяльності: вміти забезпечувати оптимальні умови естетичного сприймання вихованцями краси та виразності явищ навколишньої дійсності й мистецтва, збагачувати спектр естетичних уподобань дітей, забезпечувати естетику навчального процесу, побуту, поведінки та взаємин дітей, сприяти накопиченню вихованцями досвіду ціннісного ставлення до навколишньої дійсності, до людей та до власної особистості, організовувати естетичне спілкування дітей із соціальним та природним оточенням тощо. // The article analyzes the key paradigmatic positions of the development of education with the aim of improving the professional training of future specialists in preschool education. It is proved that future educators of pre-school educational institutions should implement social-educational and value-orientation functions of pedagogical activity: to be able to provide optimal conditions for aesthetic perception of the beauty and expression of the phenomena of the surrounding reality and art, to enrich the range of aesthetic preferences of children, to provide the aesthetics of the educational process, behaviour and relationships of children, promote the accumulation of pupils experience of value attitude to the real world, to people and to their own to organize the aesthetic communication of children with social and natural surroundings, etc.
