| Abstract: | This article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the problem of formation the professional culture of future specialists of management. It is proved that an important part of professional culture is a technological component, which includes the elements needed in making the decisions. The essence and the component elements of personal professional culture of the future manager has been defined. |
