| Abstract: | В статті досліджено поняття та сутність вироку суду як акту правосуддя. Встановлено специфічні особливісті вироку суду. З’ясовано, що процедура ухвалення вироку покликана забезпечити правильне вирішення кримінальних справ. Показано, що якість судових рішень є мірилом ефективності судової влади. // The article examines the nature of the verdict as an act of justice. Special aspects of the verdict are defined. It is shown that the sentencing procedure is designed to ensure the correct resolution of criminal cases. It was found that the quality of judicial decisions is a measure of the efficiency of the judiciary. |
