ДЕФІЦИТ ДЕРЖАВНОГО БЮДЖЕТУ УКРАЇНИ: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ШЛЯХИ ПОДОЛАННЯ

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність бюджетного дефіциту. Розглянуто наслідки та закордонний досвід боротьби з бюджетним дефіцитом. Охарактеризовано українську модель фіскального правила, враховуючи надбання світової фінансової науки, практики та євростандартів. Визначено шляхи подолання бюджетного дефіциту. // The essence of the budget deficit is learned. The consequences of foreign experience and struggle with budget deficits are shown. The Ukrainian model of the defined fiscal rules, given by the global achievements of financial science, practice and European standards is given. The ways to overcome the budget deficit are shown.
