СТАНОВЛЕННЯ ВИДАВНИЧОЇ СПРАВИ У ЧАСИ НЕЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

У статті досліджено історію становлення видавничої справи у часи незалежності України. Здійснено аналіз сучасного стану функціонування друкованих ЗМІ, охарактеризовано інструменти впливу на створення в суспільстві відповідної системи розвитку друкарства. Визначено напрями діяльності органів державної влади щодо забезпечення повноцінного функціонування виробничої справи і показано основні важелі впливу та вирішення проблем галузі. // In the article the history of publishing industry formation in independent Ukraine is investigated. The analysis of the modern state of printed MASS-MEDIA functioning is carried out; the instruments of influence on creation in society of the corresponding system of development of book-printing are described. The directions of public authorities’ activity to ensure the full functioning of publishing industry and the basic levers of influence and solving the problems of the industry are shown.
