Abstract

В роботі досліджується роль бізнес-планування в управлінні страховою компанією, розкривається сутність бізнес-планування страховика, надасться його характеристика. У роботі здійснено опис етапів бізнес-план}ванни, визначено, які завдання виконує бізнес-план в системі управління страховою компанією. Стаття містить детальний опис оптимальної структури бізнес-плану страхової компанії зі всіма показниками, які необхідно розраховувати для визначення ефективності й доцільності впровадження нового проекту-. Також визначаються особливості процесу розробки бізнес-плану, описуються дії страховика на кожному з етапів розробки та реалізації бізнес-плаїв У роботі розглядається механізм бюджетування страхової компанії та важливість його застосування під час розробки бізнес-плану. Розглянуті основні показники, які відіграють важливу роль під час планування діяльності - доходи і витрати. Для обґрунтування важливості ролі бізнес планування проведено аналіз стану7 страхового ринку України. // The article studies the role of business planning in the management of an insurance company, reveals the essence of business planning of an insurer, provides its characteristics. The paper describes the stages of business planning, identifies the tasks performed by the business plan in the insurance company management system. The article contains a detailed description of the optimal structure of the business plan of an insurance company with all the indicators that need to be calculated to determine the effectiveness and feasibility of implementing a new project. The article also identifies the peculiarities of the business plan development process and describes the insurer's actions at each stage of business plan development and implementation. The article examines the mechanism of budgeting of an insurance company and the importance of its application in the development of a business plan The main indicators that play an important role in planning activities - income and expenses - are considered. To substantiate the importance of the role of business planning, the author analyzes the state of the Ukrainian insurance market.
