ФІЗИЧНА РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЯ ПРИ ГІПЕРТОНІЧНІЙ ХВОРОБІ

Abstract

В роботі розкрито проблеми фізичної реабілітації осіб з артеріальною гіпертензією. Наведено статистичні дані захворюваності артеріальною гіпертензією населення різних вікових груп. Проаналізовано останні дослідження причин захворювання на гіпертонічну хворобу. Розглянуто та проаналізовано засоби фізичної реабілітації: лікувальну фізичну культуру, лікуваль¬ний масаж, фізіотерапію та їх комплексне використання у фізичній реабілітації. Надано рекомендації щодо ознайомлення широких верст населення з основними принципами фізичної реабілітації та принципами запобігання гіпертонічної хвороби. // The article reveals the problems of physical rehabilitation of people with arterial hypertension. The statistical data concerning arterial hypertension of different age groups are given. The last studies of the causes of arterial hypertension diseases are analyzed. The following means of physical rehabilitation: therapeutic physical culture, therapeutic massage, physiotherapy and their complex usage in physical rehabilitation are considered and analysed. The recommendations to familiarize the general public with the basic principles of physical rehabilitation and principles of prevention of hypertension are given.
