СУЧАСНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ПОЛІПШЕННЯ УМОВ ПРАЦІ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ

Abstract

У статті досліджено ефективність вибору пріоритетного напряму та результативність витрат на заходи з поліпшення умов праці на підприємствах. Шляхом прямих вимірювань параметрів виробничого середовища та зіставлення їх з нормативними параметрами, а також на основі контролю за функціональним станом, працездатністю і здоров’ям працівників підприємств проведено оцінювання умов праці на виробництві. // Efficiency and a choice of priority orientation of expenses on the measures concerning improvement of employment conditions on an enterprise are investigated in the article. Estimation of industrial conditions of employment is realized by means of direct measurements of the parameters of manufacturing environment and its comparison with the norms and also by means of control over the functional state of working efficiency and workers’ health.
