ОБГРУНТУВАННЯ КОМПОНЕНТНОГО СКЛАДУ МЕТОДИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ МАЙБУТНІХ ВИКЛАДАЧІВ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ДИСЦИПЛІН СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТІ «ДОШКІЛЬНА ОСВІТА»

Abstract

У статті розкрито авторське розуміння поняття «методична культура майбутніх викладачів педагогічних дисциплін спеціальності «Дошкільна освіта». Доведено, що методична культура майбутніх викладачів вищої школи як системне динамічне особистісне утворення обіймає низку компонентів, які утворюють його структуру і забезпечують функціонування методичної культури як цілого, що більше, ніж сукупність частин, які його складають. Обґрунтовано структуру методичної культури майбутнього викладача вищої школи спеціальності «Дошкільна освіта» яку зумовлює єдність чотирьох компонентів з відповідними показниками: когнітивного, діяльнісно-організаційного, ціннісно-мотиваційного, рефлексивно-оцінного. // In this article the author's understanding of concept «methodical culture of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines of specialty «Preschool Education» is presented. It is well-proven that methodical culture of future higher school teachers as a system dynamic personality entity includes the row of components which form its structure and provide the functioning of the methodological culture as a whole that is greater than the sum of parts, its components. The structure of methodical culture of a future teacher of higher school on specialty «Preschool education» is grounded. This structure is made by unity of four components with such indexes: cognitive; activity-organizational; motivational-valued; reflection-evaluation.
