Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості компетентнісного підходу до сучасної вищої юридичної освіти. Охарактеризовано класифікації інструментальних компетентностей, які існують у сучасній педагогічній науці. Виокремлено ті інструментальні компетентності, які повинні формуватися у майбутніх юристів під час навчання, розкрито їх зміст. Запропоновано авторське трактування поняття інструментальні компетентності юристів.
