ФЕНОМЕН ЛІДЕРСТВА: ТЕОРЕТИКО-ПРАКТИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ ВИВЧЕННЯ

Abstract

В статті здійснено огляд теорій лідерства: теорії особистісних рис (якостей), теорії впливу, теорії емоційного лідерства. Подано приклад роботи з притчами / метафорами на тренінговому занятті з розвитку лідерського потенціалу особистості менеджера в умовах навчання у вищому закладі. Визначено, що працюючи з метафорами, тренер формує латеральне мислення, створює середовище раппорту та рефреймінгу, що детермінує актуалізацію професійних цілей та проактивної поведінки, підвищує самооцінку молодої людини та формує навички управління власними емоціями. Запропоновано роботу з притчами за двома методами: синектичним штурмом та детермінованою дискусією. // The author has made the review of leadership theories: the theory of personality traits (qualities), the impact theory, the theory of emotional leadership. The author proposed the example of work with metaphors in the training class that is oriented to form the leadership of future managers in higher institutions. The author determined that while working with metaphors, the coach creates lateral thinking, creates rapport and reframing the environment that determines updating the professional goals and proactive behavior of future managers, increases self-esteem of a youth’s skills and creates their own emotions. The article described the work with metaphors in two ways: synectic storm and deterministic discussion.
