Abstract

В статті розкрито особливості формування та розвитку педагогічного мислення, підкреслено його роль в практичній та науково-методичній діяльності викладача. Проведено аналіз особливостей педагогічного мислення та визначення напрямів його розвитку. Встановлено, що важливим засобом розвитку нового педагогічного мислення є побудова діяльності на гуманістичних засадах, що сприяє створенню оптимальних передумов як для самореалізації педагога в контексті виконання професійної діяльності, так і для студентів, які отримують можливість самовиразитись в процесі навчальної діяльності. // The article reveals the peculiarities of pedagogical thinking formation and development, it is emphasized its role in practical and scientific-methodological activities of a teacher. The aim of the study is the analysis of pedagogical thinking features and determining directions of its development. It is established that an important means of a new pedagogical thinking development is to build activities on humanistic principles that helps to create optimal preconditions for self-realization of the teacher within the context of performing professional activities, and students who get an opportunity of expression in the process of educational activity.
