Abstract

У статті з позицій теорії управління проаналізовано категорії, що називають «функціями туризму» і показано, що функції притаманні діяльності суб’єктів господарювання, зокрема туристичних підприємств. Запропоновано розглядати впливи туристичної сфери на територіальний розвиток, зокрема, відтворення, забезпечення зайнятості, збільшення доходу, згладжування, стабілізація платіжного балансу регіону як соціально-економічні передумови і наслідки туристичної діяльності. Такий підхід надає можливість чіткого розмежування дій, спрямованих на реалізацію певних заходів щодо забезпечення поточного функціонування і розвитку підприємств, і оцінювання результативності діяльності підприємств, завдяки чому створюватимуться передумови для кваліфікованого формування й реалізації державної політики у сфері туризму, здійснення координування та регулювання діяльності суб’єктів цього сектору економіки. // The categories called functions of tourism have been analyzed in the article from the standpoint of control theory and it has been shown that the functions are inherent in activity of economic entities, in particular tourism companies. It has been suggested that the influence of the tourist industry on territorial development, in particular, reproduction, employment, increasing income, smoothing, stabilizing the balance of payments of the region should be considered as a socio-economic background and consequences of tourist activities. This approach will allow to make a clear demarcation of actions aimed at the implementation of certain measures to ensure ongoing operation and development of enterprises and to assess enterprises performance, whereby the conditions are created for the qualified formation and implementation of the state policy in the sphere of tourism , implementation of coordination and regulation of activities of business entities of this economy sector.
