THE BASES OF FUNCTIONING AND DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The preconditions and features of the formation of past-industrial society are defined in the article. The distinctive role of active innovation infrastructure of the country in integrating into the European community and society based on knowledge are proved. The characteristic features of the economy of post-industrial society are the increasing role of intangible resources in ensuring social reproduction, «softization» and «servization» the subjects of innovation infrastructure. The essence of economic category «innovation infrastructure» is defined in the article. It is a dynamic self-regulating system of markets and subjects that entering these markets in certain economic relations and it provides the necessary conditions for implementation of the innovation processes. Mechanism of functioning of the constituent elements of innovation infrastructure in market economy is proposed, relationships between them and defined./ У статті визначено передумови та особливості формування постіндустріального суспільства. Доведено важливість формування активної інноваційної інфраструктури країни в інтеграції в європейське співтовариство та суспільство, засноване на знаннях. Характерними рисами економіки постіндустріального суспільства є зростаюча роль нематеріальних ресурсів у забезпеченні соціального відтворення, «софтизація» та «сервізації» суб’єктів інноваційної інфраструктури. У статті визначено сутність економічної категорії «інноваційна інфраструктура». Це динамічна саморегулююча система ринків та суб’єктів, що виходять на ці ринки в певних економічних відносинах, і забезпечує необхідні умови для здійснення інноваційних процесів. Запропоновано механізм функціонування складових елементів інноваційної інфраструктури в ринковій економіці, визначено взаємозв'язки між ними.
