Abstract:
У статті здійснено психолого-педагогічний аналіз сутності та особливостей формування конфліктної та конфліктологічної компетентності майбутнього фахівця. Доведено, що саме формування конфліктологічної компетентності має бути метою професійного навчання майбутнього фахівця сфери управління. Розглянуто сутність та особливості проведення навчально-рефлексивних діалогів.// The author has been analyzed the psycho-pedagogical nature and peculiarities of the conflict and conflictological competences of future specialists. It is proved that the formation of conflict competence should be the goal of professional training of future specialists in management. The essence and peculiarities of teaching and reflective dialogue has been revealed.
