ШЛЯХИ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ЗАХИСТУ НАСЕЛЕННЯ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

В статті досліджено ефективність соціального захисту населення України; обгрунтовано необхідність та сутність соціальної політики держави; розкрито дефініцію «соціальна політика» та фунції держави із соціального захисту населення; проведено аналіз ефективності реалізації соціальної політики в Україні та проблем, які стримують підвищення рівня соціального захисту населення; запропоновано шляхи покращення роботи соціальних служб та соціального захисту населення України. // In the article the effectiveness of social protection of the population of Ukraine is investigated; the need and the essence of social policy of state are grounded; definition of «social policy» and functions of state with social welfare of population are disclosed; the analysis of the effectiveness of realization of social policy in Ukraine and the problems, that hinder the increase of the level of social protection of population is held; the ways to improve work of social services and social protection population of Ukraine are offered.
