ІННОВАЦІЙНЕ СЕРЕДОВИЩЕ РИНКУ ПРАЦІ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ

Abstract

В статті розглядаються процеси функціонування, регулювання та розвитку інновацій у сфері зайнятості в умовах війни. Доведено вплив зростання інтелектуального капіталу на виникнення інноваційних форм зайнятості в умовах війни. З’ясовано, що в сучасних умовах обмеженості усіх ресурсів (капіталу, майнових, трудових) вітчизняний ринок праці звужує умови прикладання праці, потребує поступової адаптації до нових економічних умов функціонування. Доведено, що саме інноваційне середовище ринку праці сприятиме зниженню його напруженості. Завдяки новітнім технологіям доцільно формувати нові форми взаємодії на ринку праці, модифікувати інноваційні види зайнятості, прискорювати якісні зміни методів праці. The article examines the processes of functioning, regulation and development of innovations in the field of employment in wartime conditions. The influence of the growth of intellectual capital on the emergence of innovative forms of employment in the conditions of war is proven. It has been found out that in modern conditions of limitation of all resources (capital, property, labor) the domestic labor market narrows the conditions of employment and requires gradual adaptation to new economic conditions of functioning. It has been proven that the innovative environment of the labor market will contribute to reducing its tension. Thanks to the latest technologies, it is expedient to form new forms of interaction on the labor market, to modify innovative types of employment, to accelerate qualitative changes in work methods.
