ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СИСТЕМИ НАДАННЯ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНИХ ПОСЛУГ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

У статті досліджено особливості надання адміністративних послуг населенню України як правової демократичної держави. Вказано на ключові ознаки адміністративної послуги. Визначено види адміністративних послуг. З’ясовано, що важливими для покращення якості діяльності адміністративних органів є визначення вимог до інформації щодо адміністративних послуг. // The peculiarities of providing administrative services to population of Ukraine as a legal democratic state are investigated in the article. The key features of administrative service are denoted. The types of administrative services are determined. The authors cleared up that definition of requirements to information concerning administrative services is important for improvement of the quality of administrative bodies activity.
