ПРОБЛЕМА СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ ОСОБИСТОСТІ ТА ЙОГО СТРУКТУРИ

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань соціального інтелекту в структурі загального інтелекту особистості. На основі аналізу наукової літератури з’ясовано, що соціальний інтелект вміщує в себе біологічний та психометричний інтелект і формується в результаті розвитку загального інтелекту під впливом зовнішніх соціокультурних умов. Соціальний інтелект вміщує декларативні та оперативні (процедурні) знання, які індивід використовує в реальному житті для інтерпретації подій, складання планів та прогнозування як дій повсякденного життя, так і професійних ситуацій. Авторська концепція полягає у виявленні у соціальному інтелекті когнітивної, мнемічної та емпатійної підструктури. // This article deals with the problem of social intellect in the structure of general intellect of the person. Having analyzed scientific literature we showed that social intellect included biological and psychometrical intellect. Social intellect is formed in the result of the development of general intellect and under the influences of socio-cultural conditions. The author of the research says that social intellect includes declarative and operative knowledge which the person uses in a real life with the aim to do the interpretation of events, to make plans and anticipate as real actions of our life so professional situations. The author’s conception of social intellect shows us that this intellect includes cognitive, mnemic and emphatic structures.
