Abstract:
У статті досліджено проблему самостійних занять фізичними вправами сучасних підлітків. Розкрито, що така форма самостійних занять, як домашні завдання, не використовується належним чином для покращення фізичного стану школярів. Доведено, що за допомогою систематичних домашніх завдань можна значно покращити фізичну підготовленість та сформованість рухових навичок підлітків. // In the article is researched the problem of independent occupations physical exercises of modern teenagers. It's disclosed, that such a form of independent occupation as home tasks, is not used properly for improving pupils’ physical condition. It is proved, that systematic home tasks make possible significant improvement of physical condition and motor skills formation of teenagers.
