ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЗДАТНОСТІ ДО ДІАЛОГУ В СУБ'ЄКТ-СУБ'ЄКТНІЙ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність понять «діалог», «взаємодія», «суб’єкт-суб'єктна взаємодія в освітньому середовищі ВНЗ». Узагальнено результати пошуку основних характеристик діалогічного підходу в суб’єкт-суб'єктній взаємодії в умовах ВНЗ. Виокремлено та проаналізовано організаційно-педагогічні умови формування здатності до діалогічної взаємодії. Обґрунтовано педагогічну взаємодію як систему взаємних дій суб'єктів, включених у спільну діяльність на основі загальних цілей професійної освіти. // The article reveals the essence of the concepts «dialog», «interaction», «subject-subject interaction in the educational environment of university». The results of basic characteristics of the dialogic approach to the subject-subject interaction in conditions of high school are generalized. The organizational pedagogical conditions of ability to dialogic interaction formation are allocated and analyzed. The pedagogical interaction as a system of mutual actions of the subjects included in the joint activities on the basis of the overall objectives of professional education is grounded.
