ЗНАЧЕННЯ СЛОВ’ЯНСЬКИХ БОЙОВИХ МИСТЕЦТВ ДЛЯ ДУХОВНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ОСОБИСТОСТІ

Abstract

У статті досліджено вплив занять слов’янськими бойовими мистецтвами на духовний розвиток особистості. Охарактеризовано термін «бойові мистецтва», походження та історію бойових мистецтв слов’янських народів, наведено та розкрито види систем бою різних народів, що проживали на території сучасної України. Подано характеристику бойового гопака як однієї з основних бойових систем сучасної України. Обґрунтовано особливості біомеханіки руху систем рукопашного бою древніх слов’ян порівняно з класичними аналогами бойових систем Азії та Європи. // The article highlights the influence of Slavic martial arts classes in the spiritual development of the individual. The notion «martial arts», the origin and history of the martial arts of the Slavic peoples are characterized; different types of combat systems of the peoples which lived on the territory of modern Ukraine are presented and disclosed. The characteristic of combat hopak as one of the main combat systems of modern Ukraine is submitted. The peculiarities of biomechanical motion systems of martial arts of the ancient Slavs in comparison with classical analogues of combat systems in Asia and Europe are substantiated.
