Abstract:
У статті досліджено психолого-педагогічні особливості підвищення кваліфікації вчителя музики в системі неперервної освіти з урахуванням специфіки його професійної діяльності. Окреслено пріоритетні завдання курсової перепідготовки як структурної ланки післядипломної освіти учителів музики. Обгрунтовано, що однією з важливих умов підвищення якості навчального процесу є врахування специфічних цілей і завдань підвищення кваліфікації, особливостей слухачів на всіх етапах проектування і здійснення навчального процесу. // Psychological and pedagogical features of advanced training of a music teacher in the system of continuous education are analysed in the article while taking into account the characteristics of their professional activities. Priority significance tasks of retraining courses as a structural component of post-graduate education of music teachers are highlighted. The author argues that consideration of specific goals and tasks of advanced training, as well as characteristics of the attendees on all levels of development and realization of educational process, are important conditions of ensuring higher quality of advanced training.
