Abstract:
В статті досліджено стан розробленості проблеми залучення студентської молоді до рухової активності оздоровчої спрямованості. Встановлено, що мотивація більшості студентів до означеного виду активності є низькою, оскільки її вияв відбувається, переважно, під час обов’язкових занять з фізичного виховання, а обсяг у позанавчальній діяльності значно менший порівняно з науково обґрунтованим мінімумом. Визначено перспективний напрям розв’язання цієї проблеми, що передбачає актуалізацію спонукальних причин, що визначають мотивацію студентів до рухової активності оздоровчої спрямованості. // The article investigated the state of the problem of attracting students to the motor activity of improving orientation elaboration. It was determined that the motivation of most students to the specified type of activity is low because its implication occurs mainly during compulsory physical education classes and the amount of extracurricular activities is significantly less than the scientifically based minimum. Perspective directions of solutions to this problem, which involves the actualization motives determining the motivation of students to motor activity of an improving orientation, are identified.
