ФІЛОСОФСЬКО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО РОЗУМІННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ТВОРЧОЇ ОСОБИСТОСТІ В УМОВАХ КОЛЕДЖУ

Abstract

В статті розкрито дві основні концепції особистості, що визначають різні теорії і стратегії її розвитку: особистість як функціональна (рольова) характеристика людини й особистість як її сутнісна характеристика. На підставі уявлень про те, що людина завжди і скрізь виявляється включеною у соціальний контекст – в зв'язки з іншими людьми, в ланцюжку подій, встановлено, що особистість детермінована спільнотою в двоякому сенсі: з одного боку, її поведінку в цілому обумовлено соціумом і, в той же час, з іншого боку, вона сама вибудовує себе і впливає на соціум, постійно спрямована на нього. На основі філософсько-психологічного аналізу досліджено сутність людини як особистості та особливості її творчого розвитку в умовах коледжу через екстраполяцію ідей свободи на цей процес. // The article reveals two main concepts of the personality, which determine different theories and strategies of its development: the personality as the functional (role) characteristic and the personality as the essential characteristic. On the basis of idea that the person is always included in the social context, in the connection with other people, in the chain of events, it is defined, that the personality is determined by society in two ways. Its behavior is conditioned by society. And at the same time in other way the personality builds itself and has an influence on the society. It is always has a direction on it. On the basis of philosophical and psychological analysis the essence of human being as the personality and characteristics of its creative development in collage conditions is examined through extrapolation of ideas of freedom of this process.
