Abstract:
У статті досліджено різнофакторні особливості функціонування Рівненського державного базового медичного коледжу. Висвітлено основні аспекти організації виховної роботи в коледжі, яка за основу має формування у студентів професійно-орієнтованих якостей та особистісних характеристик на засадах національно-патріотичного обов’язку громадянина України. Окреслено перелік основних етапів формування цілісної особистості через проведення системної виховної роботи викладацьким колективом коледжу. // In the article the features of Rivne State Medical College functioning are investigated. The basic aspects of educational work organization in the college, which is the basis for the formation of students' professional-oriented qualities and personal characteristics on the basis of national and patriotic duty of a citizen of Ukraine, are highlighted. A list of the main stages of an integral personality formation through the system of teaching staff’s of the college educational work is outlined.
