ПРАВОПИСНИЙ СКЛАДНИК У ВИВЧЕННІ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ МОВИ

Abstract

У статті розкрито основні підходи до вирішення проблеми вибору державної мови; проаналізовано Конституційне положення про державність української мови; вмотивовано, чому непаритетний білінгвізм призвів до суржикомовного спілкування, яке перешкоджає успішному вивченню державної мови; обґрунтовано необхідність формувати у школярів правописну компетентність з огляду на стан мовленнєвого середовища, у якому перебуває школяр; потребу здійснювати лінгвістичний діагноз для з’ясування правильності вживання лексеми шляхом виявлення інтерферованих компонентів, здатних деформувати норми письма; зосереджено увагу на важливості вироблення в учнів умінь розпізнавати орфограми, оперативно визначати їх у вживаних словах, що сприятиме формуванню в них правописної компетентності. // In the article the main approaches to the solution of the problem of official language choice are defined; Constitutional regulations about the Ukrainian language nationhood are analyzed; it is grounded why no parity bilinguism has led to the mixed Russian-Ukrainian communication which prevents successful learning of official language; the necessity of students’ orthographic competence formation regarding the features of linguistic environment where they stay is justified; the necessity of linguistic diagnosis completion in order to ascertain the correctness of the lexeme usage by identifying interfered components which can distort the spelling rules is studied; the importance of developing students’ spelling rules recognition, quickly identifying them among used words that will help to form their spelling competency.
